About Sage Foundation
The Sage Foundation Partner Program was launched 4 years ago to enable Sage partners to work alongside Sage in fundraising, as well as giving back by volunteering. They aim to raise $2 million for charities by 2022 through the program. Sage Foundation supports tens of thousands of people in our local communities through more than 1,000 charities.
Sage invites all colleagues and partners to take five paid days a year to volunteer or fundraise for a charity close to their hearts.
Many of us at Aptus are passionate about fundraising and raising awareness for important causes, which is why we’re proud to be the first Sage Foundation Partner in Australia.
Aptus and Sage Foundation
Foodbank is Australia’s largest food relief organisation, providing groceries and essential items for people in need. In 2019, one in five Australians said that they experienced food insecurity at some point in their lives.
On March 2nd, 2021, the Aptus team had our first volunteering day at Foodbank Adelaide. We packed hampers for people in need and assembled reusable drink bottles which will be used to raise funds.
The need for food relief in Australia has increased by 47% in the past year, and Foodbank is always looking for volunteers to help them provide their important services.
